Highlights from the Regional SEL Meet

Ms Palak Gupta, our school counsellor, attended a regional SEL conference with counsellors and leaders from IB schools.

Key topics included:

Strengthening Student Resilience-Barriers and integration strategies in daily lessons.
Student Challenges-Discussed rising stress, digital media influence, and drug abuse.
Child Safety and Protection: Focused on policies, cyberbullying, social isolation, and self-harm.

The event concluded with Ms Bakul Dua, Clinical Psychologist, advocating for a whole-school approach to SEL and shared mental health responsibility. Valuable insights were gained to enhance student well-being at our school.
