Varun D’Silva , a child activist was a guest speaker in Grade-5

Varun D’Silva , a child activist of Goa from Sunshine Worldwide School was invited as a guest speaker in Grade-5. He shared the local issues of Goa with the learners and presented the protests which they are doing to save 80,000 trees from being cut in Mollem,Goa with his mother. Presently,he is protesting to save Mollem forest in Goa and a farm in Thalegoan. The learners got inspired by his action and look forward to follow him. There are also active on social media platforms to make their voice to be heard. It was a great experience for the learners to hear from the child activist himself and getting to know his experience.
