Global Fest 2023

It was a day of vibrancy, diversity, and unity as GD Goenka Global School recently hosted its highly anticipated annual ‘Global Fest’. The event brought together students, parents, and the community to celebrate cultures from around the world in a colorful and educational extravaganza. The event showcased various regions: India, the Far East, Australia, the Middle East, the Mediterranean and Europe in beautifully decorated stalls. Each region presented its unique flavors, traditions, and artistic expressions. Visitors had the chance to explore different regions, try exotic cuisines, admire traditional attire, and immerse themselves in captivating dance performances. The event also featured a series of captivating performances on the main stage, showcasing the talents of students from various cultural backgrounds. The dance, music, and drama presentations reflected the spirit of unity and diversity that the school promotes. Some of the event’s highlights were the ‘Baby Show’, ‘Puppet Show’ and ‘Magic Show’. A multitude of prizes, generously provided by sponsors and the school itself, added an extra layer of magic to the already vibrant event. It was a day of coming together, learning, and celebrating the richness of cultures from across the globe.
