As you know, school will be closed for face to face teaching till 15th April’2020. Considering the uncertainty, many of you might be wondering what this means for the academics of our students.

At our front, the entire academic and admin fraternity has been busy planning, collaborating and conferencing on various fronts to prepare and plan the next session in view of the current scenario. Please be assured that total number of school working days will continue to remain the same. In case there are any further Govt orders/Directives the term breaks may be rescheduled and working Saturdays will be observed.

Online and remote learning, technology based teaching are wonderful tools to augment and facilitate learning therefore a plan has been put in place to ensure that teaching-learning practices continue.

To welcome our little learners and start with the session, we request you to join our Facebook http://www.facebook.com/GDGGSGurgaon for an Online Orientation on Tues, 31st March at 11 am. We are asking our staff to provide support for online tutorials. E-learning Virtual Classes begin from 6th April and timetable will be shared by the respective class teachers. We thank you for your patience and trust as we work together to proactively maintain a healthy and protective environment during these difficult times.

What kids want right now is to feel loved and comforted. This might mean tearing apart your perfect schedule. When we are back in the classroom, we will all course correct and meet them where they are. Teachers are experts at this!!

So don’t worry about them regressing in school and take care of their mental health. Keep this in mind, every single day!

We hope to have our students back in school soon. Do stay safe.
