Grade 1 students blended different ingredients and made a new product

Blending is one of the many ways new words are made in English. It refers to joining the beginning of one word and the end of another to make a new word with a new meaning.
In order to introduce the word ‘Blending’ to Grade 1 students, an activity was planned in which students blended different ingredients and made a new product.
Enhancement of their thinking and fine-motor skills (spooning, pouring, mixing) was done through this activity.
